COMMUNICATION

COMMITMENT

We believe communication should feel as seamless as your planning experience. Our team is here to keep you informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST. During wedding weekends, we may be away from our desks preparing for events. Should you need us outside of these hours, we’re available by appointment.

EMAIL

Email is our primary form of communication so we can keep everything organized and easy to reference. You’re welcome to reach out to any member of our team at any time, and we’ll respond as promptly as possible. During peak wedding season, our response time may be slightly longer—but rest assured, your celebration is always a priority.

PHONE CALLS

Planning calls are built into your roadmap at key checkpoints. If you’d like to schedule a call outside of those times, we’re happy to do so—our dedicated call days are Tuesday and Thursday. To ensure nothing is missed, we keep all communication through email and scheduled calls rather than text or social media messaging.

OUT OF OFFICE

We will always share our planned out-of-office dates in advance so you know when our team will be away and when we’ll return.
