Transportation and parking along 30A can be tricky, but we’re here to make it as seamless as possible.

There are only a select few transportation partners along the coast who specialize in weddings, and we’ll recommend the best fit for your needs—securing vehicles early to ensure availability.

As a starting point, we recommend prioritizing bridal party and immediate family transportation, which typically falls in the $2,000–$4,500 range. If you’d like to extend service to additional family or all guests, overall costs generally range between $5,000–$7,500, depending on routes, timing, and vehicle types.

Please review the information below to start thinking through your transportation needs and click on the link below. From there, share your preliminary numbers, addresses, estimated guest counts, and any preferences, and we’ll use that information to estimate vehicle requirements, present tailored options, and manage the booking process. Once final RSVPs are in, we’ll revisit routes and adjust vehicle sizes as needed.

As we begin planning logistics for your wedding day, it’s helpful to think through transportation needs for each group. The more details we have early on, the more seamless the day will feel.

Bride + Bridal Party
Please share the address where the bridal party will be getting ready, along with the number of ladies who will need transportation. This is typically the home or hotel where hair and makeup are taking place.

Groom + Groom’s Party
Please provide the address where the groom and groomsmen will be getting ready, along with the number of gentlemen who will need transportation.

Immediate Family
For immediate family members—such as parents, siblings, and grandparents—please list each pickup address and the number of people at each location who will need transportation.

All Guests
If you’re considering providing transportation for all guests, having a sense of where they’ll be staying allows us to design an efficient plan with two to three general pickup points. To gather this information, you can add a line to your RSVP card or include a short questionnaire on your wedding website asking guests to share their lodging details.

*Accessibility Needs
If any of your guests have mobility or accessibility considerations—such as wheelchairs, walkers, or navigating steps—please share those details with us. We’ll make sure transportation is comfortable, safe, and seamless for everyone.

WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION

Bride + Groom
We will need the address where the Bride and Groom will be staying on wedding night as well as your preference on an exit vehicle.

Wedding Party, Immediate Family & Guests
If you’ll be providing transportation to the venues for any of these groups, we’ll also map out their return routes for the end of the night.
